Milestone Co6-G 1.0mm(AWS A5.21 ERCoCr-A)
As-welded hardness: HRC 38–44 Balanced all-round performance. Outstanding anti-galling, metal-to-metal wear, sulphide corrosion resistance. Maintains stable properties at 500–800°C. Deposit is machinable. Applications: High-temp valve seats & sealing faces, shear blades, pump sealing rings. Selection: For sealing & anti-galling service with moderate impact.
Milestone Co21-G 1.0mm(AWS A5.21 ERCoCr-E)
As-welded hardness: HRC 28–34 Low-carbon CoCrMo grade with superior toughness. Excellent thermal shock, thermal fatigue & spalling resistance, good work-hardening capacity. Low cracking risk, strong corrosion resistance. Applications: FCC slide valves, large high-temperature valves, hot forming tools, offshore oil & gas corrosive components. Selection: For heavy thermal cycling, spalling risk & severe corrosion.

· Preheat & interpass temperature required for carbon / alloy steel substrates
